We've been graced with a bountiful harvest
of organic pears from friends.
So bountiful that I began looking for ways
to eat them all!

An elegant pear tart is
actually quite easy to whip up.

Especially when you
leave on the {organic} skins
for added color, texture and nutrition
and a super quick prep time.

Here's how to make a quick

Perfect Organic Pear Tart:

A frozen pie crust means you'll be eating this dessert lickety split!

All you need to make is a simple
crumble topping as follows:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup of sugar

If you're using super ripe, juicy pears,
modify the crumble topping as follows:
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup sugar

Stir with a fork until crumbly and sprinkle over the tart.
